Project manager

building and reforming coordination

Project management of new or reformed buildings, from single family house to hotels. Jobs can be initiated from the drafting stage or a executed project.

                            

Study of project to optimize planning and cost overruns without delay and at the end of the work. A comprehensive study of all items making comparative bidding to always get the best possible recruitment and maximum benefit for the developer is done.

                            

My experience as Site Manager and execution director allows me to do a better analysis of the work, provide any deviations and problems that may arise in the evolution of the work.

                            

Execution direction

Control of adequate execution of the contractors' work to ensure compliance as indicated in the project and the applicable regulations, both big as small works, since the reform of a apartment to a new building.

                            

In addition to quality control of materials, budget monitoring and certifications by contractors it is done.

Security coordinator

Monitoring compliance about health and safety standards, both in regard to specific jobs as each operator and company rule in any type of work.

Redactor minor works projects and licensing activities

Projects of integral reforms of houses and facades, as well as the necessary projects for business premises execute the respective works to obtain the corresponding permits from the municipalities.
